The Lusithand Ground & Pound MKII is a bass-focused distortion and preamp that combines a carefully voiced dirt circuit with EQ and clean blending in one pedal. The distortion covers everything from light overdrive to heavier, aggressive sounds while retaining the low-end weight that can disappear with a lot of bass distortion pedals.
The EQZ control is a tilt EQ that works on the distorted signal, while the Mix control blends in the clean signal with a subtle 2:1 compression ratio. The new Ground/Pound switch provides two different voicings, with Ground offering a deeper, more modern sound and Pound retaining the pedal's original, fuller character. A -10 dB L-Pad also makes it easier to use with basses that have a particularly hot output.
